10Pearls in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a Senior NetSuite Technical Lead to design, build, and deliver custom NetSuite solutions. You will own end-to-end delivery from requirements through go-live and guide a team of developers and consultants.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, strong SuiteScript 2.1 and SuiteQL skills, and a proven ability to collaborate with finance and operations across US-based and distributed teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, software engineering or related field.
5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience across implementation, configuration, customization, and support.
Strong SuiteScript 2.1, SuiteQL, SuiteTalk, REST APIs, and NetSuite customization expertise.
Experience leading technical teams or mentoring developers in a project delivery environment.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and implementation of custom NetSuite solutions.
Own end-to-end delivery including requirements, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
Mentor NetSuite developers and consultants, ensuring delivery excellence.
Collaborate with finance and operations to translate requirements into technical solutions.
