Job summary

Systems Limited seeks an experienced NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant to lead ERP deployments and ongoing support. You will analyze business needs, configure NetSuite, and drive customizations using SuiteScript 2.x and SDF.

Collaboration with clients, developers, and stakeholders is essential to deliver scalable ERP solutions. You will design integrations via REST/SOAP, manage data migration, and create advanced reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• ERP experience with NetSuite across multiple modules and deployments.
• Hands-on NetSuite implementation, customization, enhancement, and production support.
• Strong knowledge of core ERP processes (O2C, P2P, R2R) and related modules.
• Experience with SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, forms, workflows and dashboards.
• Experience integrating ERP with CRM/eCommerce/WMS and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and conduct stakeholder workshops to map current and future processes.
• Configure NetSuite modules, multi-subsidiary setups, and intercompany processes.
• Develop and maintain SuiteScript 2.x customizations and SDF-based development.
• Build reports, dashboards, and Saved Searches using SuiteAnalytics and FreeMarker templates.
• Design and support integrations via REST, SOAP, RESTlets and SuiteTalk; work with middleware tools.
• Plan data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, and validation.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and train end users.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle NetSuite ERP.

The role involves understanding business requirements, configuring NetSuite, developing customizations, managing integrations, and supporting end-to-end implementations.

The consultant will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to deliver effective ERP solutions and provide ongoing production support.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements, conduct client and stakeholder workshops, document current and future-state processes, perform fit-gap analysis, and recommend practical NetSuite solutions.
• Configure and support NetSuite Financial Management, P2P, O2C, R2R, Inventory, Supply Chain, Order Management, CRM, Projects, and Manufacturing processes, including multi-subsidiary, multi-location, and intercompany environments.
• Configure forms, fields, workflows, dashboards, KPIs, roles, permissions, custom records, custom forms, and transaction types, using SuiteBuilder and SuiteFlow as required.
• Develop and maintain SuiteScript 2.x customizations, including Suitelets, Client Scripts, User Event Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, and Map/Reduce Scripts, along with SDF-based development.
• Build and maintain Saved Searches, reports, dashboards, SuiteAnalytics, Advanced PDF/HTML templates using FreeMarker, and other NetSuite technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, RESTlets, and SuiteTalk, including integrations with CRM, eCommerce, WMS, banking, payroll, logistics, and other enterprise systems; work with middleware such as Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoft where applicable.
• Plan and execute data migration and implementation activities, including data mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, CSV Imports, SuiteScript/integration-based migration, reconciliation, BRDs, FDDs, TDDs, solution designs, test scenarios, SIT/UAT, deployment, and release management.
• Provide production and post-go-live support, troubleshoot functional and technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, conduct end-user training, and collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, developers, and NetSuite technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of overall ERP experience, including at least 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience in implementation, customization, enhancement, and production support.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and core ERP processes, particularly O2C, P2P, R2R, with experience across Inventory, Supply Chain, Order Management, CRM, Projects, and Manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration and OneWorld, including SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, forms, fields, workflows, dashboards, KPIs, roles, permissions, custom records, transaction types, multi-subsidiary, multi-location, and intercompany processes.
• Strong hands-on development experience with SuiteScript 2.x, including Suitelets, Client Scripts, User Event Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, Map/Reduce Scripts, and SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
• Experience with Saved Searches, SuiteAnalytics, reports, dashboards, Advanced PDF/HTML templates, FreeMarker, SuiteTalk, REST APIs, RESTlets, SOAP Web Services, and CSV Import.
• Experience designing and supporting ERP integrations and data migration, with exposure to CRM, eCommerce, WMS, banking, payroll, logistics, and other enterprise systems; middleware experience with Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoft is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, client-facing consulting, and stakeholder-management skills, with experience in requirements gathering, solution design, BRDs/FDDs/TDDs, testing, SIT/UAT, deployment, training, and production support.
• Preferred qualifications include NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, or SuiteCloud Developer, plus experience with Manufacturing, WMS, SCM, SuiteCommerce, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, eCommerce/banking integrations, international clients, and IT services/consulting environments.
