Job summary

TCP Software in Lahore is seeking an Accounting Analyst to support billing, reconciliations, and financial reporting. You will import bank transactions to Netsuite, reconcile accounts, post customer payments in Zuora and Netsuite, and conduct audits to ensure accuracy.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 2–3 years of experience in finance roles, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 2–3 years' experience in accounting, finance, billing, or collections.
• Excellent English speaking and writing comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Import bank transactions to Netsuite.
• Reconcile bank transactions and bank accounts.
• Post and apply customer payments in Zuora and Netsuite.
• Navigate customer account details in Zuora and Netsuite.
• Research account balances for accuracy.
• Download lockbox files and upload to customer accounts.
• Conduct audits and investigate variances in billing and invoicing.
• Produce ad hoc financial reports from source data.

As an Accounting Analyst, you will:

• Operate at a high level of integrity.
• Import bank transactions to Netsuite.
• Reconcile bank transactions and bank accounts.
• Post and apply customer payments on a daily basis in Zuora and Netsuite.
• Become proficient at navigating customer account details in Zuora and Netsuite.
• Research various customer account balances for accuracy.
• Download lockbox files and images from Wells Fargo.
• Upload lockbox transactions for application to customer accounts.
• Conduct audits & research variances to ensure correct actions are taken with regard to billing, finance, subscription, and invoicing information.
• Ability to report ad hoc as needed on various financial activities that are taken from clear and verifiable source information.
• Familiarity with Business Systems preferred i.e. Zuora, NetSuite etc.
• Strong compliance with pre-defined SOP's and workflows.
• Other finance-related duties as assigned by the management.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Accounts, Finance, Billing, Client Success, Customer Support or Collections
• Excellent English speaking and writing comprehension skills.
• Expertise on Microsoft Excel is mandatory. i.e., VLookUp, XLookUp, Pivots, Data analysis etc.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionality with great attention to detail.
• Proficient in dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information.
• Accountable for outstanding service to all external and internal queries.
• Develops and maintains positive relationships through effective and timely communication.
• Experience with enterprise business system platforms including but not limited to Zuora and Netsuite.
• Relevant industry experience is required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
