Job summary

HCA Consulting Group seeks a Staff Accountant to join our on-site team in Lahore. You will handle month-end close, reconciliations, AP/AR, journal entries, payroll assistance, and financial reporting packages.

The ideal candidate has ACCA/ICMA/CA Inter or a Bachelors in Accounting & Finance, plus experience with QuickBooks and MS Excel. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a 6PM-2AM shift from Phase 8, DHA, Lahore.

Qualifications

• ACCA Affiliate/Finalist, ICMA Affiliate/Finalist, CA Inter or Bachelor’s in Accounting & Finance (or equivalent).
• Proficient with QuickBooks and other accounting platforms.
• Experience with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile credit card and bank accounts monthly.
• Perform AP/AR functions including invoicing and bill payments.
• Enter journal entries for all transactions.
• Assist with payroll processing.
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare month-end financial reporting package.

Job Specifications:

Experience: 18 Months - 36 Months

Timing: 6PM - 2AM

Location: On-site, Phase 8, DHA, Lahore

What you’ll be working on:

• Reconcile credit card and bank accounts on a monthly basis
• Perform AP/AR functions such as invoicing and bill payments
• Enter journal entries for all transactions
• Assist with Payroll Processing
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare month-end financial reporting package
