Position: Senior Manager Business Insights & Operations

Job Purpose:
- Manager Business Insights & Operations play a crucial role in driving the business growth strategies of GCSS. The role is responsible for various aspects of channel management, BI & reporting, System & Process and governance. The position works closely with sales, product and Industry growth departments to achieve the business objectives
Job Responsibilities:
Channel Planning & Strategy:
- Responsible for overall channel planning strategy and channel operations management
- Look after bill waivers and subsidy disbursement management
- Contract management & look back analysis (Customer commitment analysis)
- Responsible for development of commission policies and monthly commission management including calculation, analysis, optimization and disbursement for the Corporate Channel
- End to end management of yearly planning of regional head count requirements with relevant stakeholders, allocation and regional structure implementation
- Responsible for channel need identification and channel capability development, system automation and development related to Channel management projects
- Introduce and establish alternate & adjacent channel for sales including designing and executing Channel Promos
Reporting, Analysis & Business Insights:
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Create dashboards, scorecards, and other visualization tools to provide real-time insights into key business metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and requirements
Function-wise KPI Monitoring & Tracking:
- Define and track function-specific KPIs to measure performance and drive accountability
- Implement systems and processes for ongoing monitoring and tracking of KPIs to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization Analyze KPI data
System & Processes/Governance:
- Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for optimization & implement improvements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Master’s degree preferably in business management

- Deep insight of Channel Planning & Development with strong analytical skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of core learning theories, thought leaders, best-practice approaches, current trends, and associations and sources of new information.
Experience:
- 6-8 years of relevant work experience
