Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create high-quality designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, marketing materials, website assets, and packaging.
- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual content.
- Design engaging UI/UX elements for websites and mobile applications.
- Oversee the entire design process from brainstorming to final execution, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and deadlines.
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative design techniques to enhance brand presence.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in designing for e-commerce, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive approach.
