INTECH Automation Intelligence in Pakistan seeks a Senior Design & Application Engineer to lead hardware design for DCS, SIS and FGS within industrial automation projects. You will interpret FRS, P&IDs and NWC; develop FDS, FAT/SAT procedures, system manuals and training notes; and support cybersecurity and network design across site install bases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Industrial Automation & Controls.
• Experience in hardware design for DCS, SIS, and FGS; wellhead control panels, skids, and solar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement hardware for DCS, SIS, and FGS.
• Interpret customer specifications including FRS, P&IDs, C&Es and drawings to gather project information.
• Support industrial network architecture and cybersecurity, including access control and network segmentation.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation such as FDS, FAT/SAT procedures, and system manuals.
• Participate in FAT, SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, troubleshooting and handover.
• Ensure compliance with standards, procedures and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
