Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence in Pakistan is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to support Wellhead and Skids Solutions, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and process skids. You will contribute to FEED and Detailed Design, define design bases, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure safety and reliability on oil and gas projects.

You will travel to customer sites in Pakistan and abroad, work with ASPEN tools, and engage in bid support and technical reviews as part of a dynamic,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 4-6 years of design experience in Oil & Gas, brownfield and greenfield projects.

Responsibilities

• Design process for projects involving Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks, Separators, Process Skids, and Chemical Injection Skids.
• Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and Detailed Design for brownfield and greenfield projects.
• Prepare Basis of Design, Process Design Criteria, and PFDs / P&IDs.
• Prepare process datasheets for instruments including flow instruments and control valves.
• Conduct hydraulic calculations for pumps and compressors, line sizing and blowdown calculations.
• Participate in HAZOP/HAZID/PHA/SIL and Risk Management studies.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor relations and support project bids.
• Prepare technical reports, design reviews, dispersion/surge analyses.
