Reporting to the Director PSCMD (or designee), the Assistant Manager, ERP will be responsible for the effective implementation, support, and optimization of the PeopleSoft ERP system within the Purchasing and Supply Chain functions. The role requires strong functional knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes, ERP systems expertise (preferably PeopleSoft), and project/change management skills. The incumbent will also support departmental users with other relevant systems, identify process gaps, propose digital solutions, conduct user training, and lead change management initiatives to drive operational efficiency and system adoption.
