The OT Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer will be responsible for complete solution development cycle from pre-sales support, developing conceptual design for OT security for customers, support in Proof of concepts, requirement gathering until final solution design and proposal development and delivery as well as presenting to various internal and external stakeholders. This will include all aspects including Consulting, GRC, Network design, implementation and sustainability support.


Role:


The individual will have a key role in customer gathering requirements, understanding client challenges, assessing clients current OT network, designing industry compliant solutions utilizing existing and potential technology partners and tools, and preparing and presenting the proposals. The role will also provide support in developing and maintaining cybersecurity vendor partnerships.The individual is also expected to


  • Work in close coordination with other Cybersecurity Consultants, SMEs, and Sales Team to ensure timely and quality delivery of solution proposals and presenting technical and commercial elements of the proposal in support of a bidding cycle.
  • Developing customer presentations for business development and opportunities
  • Design the solutions according to best practices based on various standards such as IEC-62443/NIST/NCA/ISO etc.
  • Develop a sound technical design and explain the design through proposal documents/presentations
  • Standardize and develop standard methodologies for various service offerings as required
  • Develop a complete know how and shall be able to deliver proposals related to Cybersecurity assessments, policies and procedures, business continuity, cybersecurity monitoring and management systems
  • Participate in activities such as site surveys, requirement gathering workshops as and when required
  • Respond to various proposal requests and support in bids preparation ensuring compliance with internal and customer requirements
  • Lead initiatives relating to standardisation initiatives (i.e. creating new techniques, methods, processes, templates, tools etc), to improve efficiency
  • Coordinate with our Technology Partners for solution development as well as identify new potential partners to help meet new customer requirements
  • Support in development of marketing/business product collateral together with Marketing Team
  • Work with Vendors as partners and coordinate for taking required proposals from existing and new technology/solution vendors along with negotiating with suppliers
  • Shall be able to develop standard procedures and demonstrate excellent writing skills to produce high-level execution philosophy, project plans, design procedures, and commercial terms & conditions for customers' understanding.


Requirements

Technical Requirements:


  • Experience: 4-8 years
  • Professional degree in Cybersecurity / Computer / Software Engineering or Electrical engineering
  • Professionals with Automation/OT background but having strong skillset in Networks and Cybersecurity may also be considered
  • Professionals with experience of 4+ years in OT Cybersecurity design preferably having previous experience working on solutions and proposals
  • Prior experience in Cybersecurity Infrastructure and High-Level Designs for Large and Enterprise Networks
  • Prior experience in cybersecurity for Industrial/IIOT solutions and applications
  • Understand various integration layers of the PURDUE Model from Field Level to Cloud/Enterprise Systems
  • Knowledge of ISA 62443 standards is preferred
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 terms and the latest technologies
  • Experience in the industrial environment from O&G / Energy / Utilities / Chemicalssector will be preferred
  • Must have basic knowledge of Automation and Control systems and OT Systems like PLC/DCS/SCADA/OPC/Historians
  • Familiarization with the use of OT-IT Integration technologies using OPC/MQTT, REST APIs, Web Services
  • Knowledge and familiarization with programming languages is a plus
  • Experience on Systems such as Windows Servers, Domain Controllers, Endpoint Protection, Operating Systems, Hardware along with Networking is preferred
  • Having preferred certifications such as CCNA/IEC-62443/CISSP/TOGAF
