Job summary

Seismic in Hyderabad is seeking a Solution Consultant to join our Professional Services team. You'll work with clients to document business challenges and guide them through implementing Seismic solutions in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

You bring 3+ years in management consulting or related fields, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to architect solutions using Seismic. The role emphasizes ownership, adaptability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Solution Consultant or similar role.
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to influence and manage expectations.
• Ability to understand a client’s repositories and use-cases to guide implementation.
• Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise.
• Ability to architect solutions based on customer requirements using Seismic.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, esp. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, asset management, marketing, sales operations, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to manage relationships at all levels.
• Prior experience with SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with the client to understand and document the business and content related problems.
• Leverage sales enablement best practices to guide the client through the implementation of a Seismic solution that solves the problems.
• Enable the organization for the change management required to drive successful outcomes.
• Provide support and ongoing services for existing clients in accordance with SLAs.
• Assist with conducting on-site and virtual training with clients as necessary.

• Proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, asset management marketing, sales operations, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to initiate and manage relationships with customers at all levels
• Prior experience with SaaS a plus
