Job summary

Systems Limited seeks a seasoned Solution Architect to drive end-to-end architecture for Telecom BSS ecosystems across multiple platforms and integrations. You will translate complex requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions and lead design workshops with cross-functional teams.

You will define API-led and event-driven patterns, ensure alignment with OSS, CRM, middleware, and digital channels, and guide implementation through governance and design reviews.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Solution/Enterprise Architecture or senior technical leadership
• Strong Telecom BSS domain experience
• Hands-on with CRM, OSS, middleware integrations
• Proven expertise in designing enterprise integration architectures
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging platforms
• Experience in cloud-native and containerized environments
• Ability to lead architecture discussions and communicate to technical and business stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on architecture experience, excellent understanding of BSS integrations, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and future-ready technology solutions.

Location:

Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end solution architecture across Telecom BSS platforms, applications, and integrations.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, resilient, and technically viable solutions.
• Lead architectural design workshops with business, product, technology, and delivery stakeholders.
• Define and govern API-led, integration, microservices, and event-driven architecture patterns.
• Ensure seamless alignment across BSS, OSS, CRM, middleware, digital channels, and external systems.
• Design integration approaches covering APIs, messaging, data flows, and system-to-system interactions.
• Review technical designs, architecture documents, deployment strategies, and implementation plans.
• Ensure solutions follow established architecture, security, integration, and technology standards.
• Identify architectural risks, dependencies, constraints, and opportunities, and define appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Support solution governance, production readiness, and technical assurance activities.
• Provide technical leadership throughout solution delivery, implementation, and customer engagements.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and delivery teams to ensure architecture is translated effectively into implementation.
• Contribute to modernization and Digital BSS transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Senior Technical Leadership roles.
• Strong Telecom BSS domain expertise, with hands-on understanding of:
• Customer Management / CRM
• Strong experience designing enterprise integration architectures and API-led solutions.
• Proven experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Good understanding of event-driven architecture and messaging platforms.
• Experience working with cloud-native and containerized environments.
• Strong understanding of BSS integration with OSS, CRM, middleware, digital platforms, and external systems.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and architectural decision-making skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lead architecture discussions and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
