Royal Solar Energy Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Solar Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and play a pivotal role in promoting sustainable solar solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their solar energy needs.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities in the solar market.
• Oversee the preparation of proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings. Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies accordingly.
• Technical knowledge of solar systems and energy solutions is an advantage.
