Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Technical Lead located in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technical projects, leading a team of developers, ensuring the quality and efficiency of code, and collaborating with other departments to align technical goals with business objectives. Day‑to‑day tasks include code reviews, mentoring team members, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing performance to meet the highest standards.

• Work hands‑on across the full tech stack: TypeScript, React, Mantine, Python with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis (cache), and Kubernetes.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to scope, plan, and deliver features on time.
• Review pull requests, resolve complex bugs, and contribute to performance improvements.
• Champion best practices in CI/CD, testing, and agile development.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of codebase as we grow.
