Job summary

Nayatel in Islamabad is seeking a QA Engineer to define and own the testing strategy across products and release streams, and to author comprehensive test plans and project documentation. You will specify and execute verification methods, identify quality risks, and drive product improvement, with hands-on AI/ML powered testing, LLM APIs, and automation tooling to enhance test design and bug reproduction.

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML-powered testing including LLM APIs and prompt engineering.

• Author and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and project documentation.
• Specify and execute software verification and validation test methods.

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Integrate AI/ML powered testing capabilities, LLM APIs, intelligent test generation, and automation tooling.

Requirements:

• BCS/MCS degree or equivalent.
• Up to 1 year of experience.
• Advanced knowledge of software testing techniques, tools, and quality frameworks.
• Ability to analyse requirements and generate requirement documents.
• Expert-level ability to test desktop, web, and mobile applications.
• Deep understanding of requirement engineering and quality-first software delivery.
• Exceptional technical writing skills and professional command of English.
• Expert knowledge of black-box, white-box, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML-powered testing including LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI), prompt engineering for test design and bug reproduction, AI-based test data generation, and intelligent test automation.
• Experience working in a highly dynamic environment.
