Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify functional and usability issues.
• Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans aligned with project requirements.
• Report, track, and verify bugs/defects using issue tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
• Collaborate closely with developers, UI/UX teams, and product managers to ensure timely issue resolutions.
• Review product requirements and provide feedback for quality improvements.
• Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure overall product quality before deployment.
• Maintain proper documentation of testing activities and quality reports.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on QA experience with web & mobile applications.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC & testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of tools for defect management & test execution (e.g., Jira, Postman, TestRail — plus point).
• Familiarity with basic API testing and database/SQL queries.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
