Job summary

Brickstech is seeking a Software Process Engineer to strengthen and streamline our software processes, compliance programs, and information security posture. You will own ISO 27001/ISO 9001 and PCI DSS activities, develop policies and SOPs, and lead internal audits and risk assessments.

You will train staff, coordinate external audits, and partner with multiple departments to ensure robust controls and ongoing process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in software process engineering, compliance, quality, or information security.
• Experience with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS.
• Experience in policy writing, internal audits, and compliance documentation.
• Good communication, documentation, training, and coordination skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• ISO or audit certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Software Process Engineer with hands‑on experience in software process improvement, compliance, and quality and information security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and PCI DSS requirements.
• Develop, review, and maintain policies, procedures, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Conduct internal audits, gap assessments, risk assessments, and follow‑up of corrective actions.
• Coordinate external, certification, and client audits, including evidence preparation and closure of findings.
• Conduct employee training and awareness sessions related to security, quality, compliance, and organizational processes.
• Work with different departments to ensure defined processes and controls are properly implemented and followed.
• Support continuous improvement of organizational processes and maintain audit and compliance readiness.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in software process engineering, compliance, quality, or information security.
• Practical working experience with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.
• Good working knowledge of PCI DSS.
• Strong experience in policy/procedure writing, internal audits, and compliance documentation.
• Good communication, documentation, training, and coordination skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Relevant ISO or audit certifications will be an advantage.
