Job summary

Brickstech is seeking a Software Process Engineer to strengthen and streamline our software processes, compliance programs, and information security posture. You will own ISO 27001/ISO 9001 and PCI DSS activities, develop policies and SOPs, and lead internal audits and risk assessments.

You will train staff, coordinate external audits, and partner with multiple departments to ensure robust controls and ongoing process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in software process engineering, compliance, quality, or information security.
• Experience with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS.
• Experience in policy writing, internal audits, and compliance documentation.
• Good communication, documentation, training, and coordination skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• ISO or audit certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and PCI DSS compliance.
• Develop and maintain policies, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Conduct internal audits, gap and risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate external audits and client audits, including evidence closure.
• Deliver training and awareness sessions on security, quality, and processes.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure processes are followed and controlled.
