Job summary

JiBe ERP, a cloud-based, fully integrated ERP for the shipping industry, seeks a Senior Team/Tech Lead in Pakistan. You will lead a 6-member engineering team, mentor members, and drive design efforts alongside tech leads and architects.

The role balances management with hands-on coding to deliver reliable software and scalable solutions while upholding quality and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of software development, 4+ years in design and coding with Node.js, Java or C#,

Qualifications

At least 7 years of software development experience.
Minimum 4 years in design and coding with Node.js, Java, or C#.
At least 2 years working with relational databases.
3+ years leading teams with 5+ members.
Strong OO, design patterns, and SOLID principles.

Responsibilities

Lead a 6-member engineering team and mentor members.
Recruit and grow a self-organizing agile team and plan career development.
Own the team's products, quality, production environment, and operations.
Drive improvements to development methodologies, tools, and processes.
Split time 50% management and 50% hands-on coding and reviews.
Collaborate with engineering managers, product, and support to evolve the product.
Maintain high delivery standards as per company policies.
