Detailed Job Description

As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing modern software products that serve real business and customer needs. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and architecture to implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Python and Django, comfortable working with modern frontend or mobile technologies such as Next.js or Flutter, and enthusiastic about integrating AI tools into everyday development workflows. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications. • Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Django development.
• Experience with Next.js or Flutter development.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and software design principles.
• Strong knowledge of system design and scalable application architecture.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate software development and productivity.
• Strong SQL and database management skills with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
• Experience using Git for source code management and version control.
• Experience working with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Familiarity with Linux, macOS, and Windows operating systems.
