This hybrid role offers a mix of remote and in-office flexibility and is suited for individuals passionate about podcasting, content creation, and social media engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage content calendars for client podcasts.
Submit raw podcast files for editing, oversee the editing process, and ensure alignment with client instructions and quality standards.
Conduct quality checks and reviews on all deliverables before submission.
Create or manage the creation of thumbnails and coordinate social media posts to effectively promote podcast episodes.
Review and approve edited content, manage necessary revisions, and ensure compliance with client expectations.
Monitor and analyze podcast performance metrics and deliver reports to the leadership team for strategic insights.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling communication, updates, and milestone tracking.
Collaborate closely with editors and creative teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
Qualifications:
Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
Experience in content planning, quality control, and analytics.
Familiarity with podcast platforms like YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.
Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
