About the Role:

Spoofytees is seeking a passionate and motivated Social Media Manager to join our global social media team. This role is based in Bahria Town Phase-7 and involves community management and audience engagement across several of Spoofytee's Midwest social media channels. The position reports to our Social Media team at HQ in the UK.

Candidates should possess excellent relationship, writing, and communication skills, along with a strong passion for the dynamic world of social media.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to create compelling content (written, photo, and video) for multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Instagram Stories, LinkedIn, Pinterest, blogs, Medium, articles, and YouTube.
  2. Manage and own the content calendar for various accounts and coordinate with key influencers and stakeholders.
  3. Execute strategic social media campaigns for new locations, events, and brand partnerships.
  4. Engage in daily community management by responding to questions, concerns, and scheduling posts.
  5. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, making recommendations for improvement.
  6. Attend events to capture and create social media content.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams, including designers and photographers, to produce creative assets.
  8. Contribute to brainstorming new ideas and strategies for marketing and communication.

Job Specification:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 3–5 years of social media experience.
  3. Proactive, driven, and creative with strong organizational skills.
  4. Familiarity with all major social media platforms.
  5. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
  6. Good eye for design and photography, with a keen instinct for on-brand content.
  7. Experience in creating social media content.
  8. Willingness and eligibility to work in Bahria Town Phase-7 Islamabad.
  9. Fluent in English.

Bonus:
