A talented Social Media Specialist is needed to administer our social media accounts and manage our company's social media marketing and advertising efforts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Planning and goal setting for social media campaigns
• Developing brand awareness and managing online reputation
• Content management and creation
• Conceptualizing, creating, and executing social media strategies to grow customer relationships and brand affinity
• Managing day-to-day social media initiatives, including content posting
• Managing content calendars and distributing content across platforms
• Cultivating leads and sales
• Analyzing and reporting on social media metrics to drive business growth

Basic Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from a recognized university
• Over 3 years of social media marketing experience in a direct-to-consumer or corporate environment
• Smart, highly motivated, and creative individual passionate about connecting with customers
• Ability to communicate the company’s brand positively and authentically
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
