Job description

This is an exceptional job opportunity to join a leading UK owned language services company. Translation Empire is looking for a full-time Social Media Executive for our office located in Phase 7, Bahria Town, Islamabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing all marketing activity to help Translation Empire achieve their goal of becoming the number one translation agency in Pakistan. Their duties will mainly focus on digital marketing, but with some cross-over to non-digital marketing activity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Candidate should be able to take initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing.
  • Must have experience using LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram.
  • Must have experience using platforms for posting and scheduling posts, for example, Hootsuite.
  • Able to develop and manage content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts.
  • Independently able to plan, implement and evaluate digital campaigns.
  • Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research.
  • Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels.
  • Independently handle the presentations, campaign updates, project management, and communication between the organization and clients.
  • Act as the communication nerve centre for multiple projects, ensuring timely and consistent correspondence.
  • Independently plan and organise marketing events to engage with potential customers and translators.
Requirements:

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing. Experience from a translation company will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
