About the Role:

This is not your traditional social media job.

We're seeking a strategic operator; someone who builds businesses through social, not just feeds.

At BoostHive, we help Amazon brands, SaaS startups, and e-commerce clients scale. Your job is to craft and execute a social ecosystem that drives growth, visibility, conversion, and community; across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube, and SEO.

You must think in funnels, algorithms, and business logic, not just aesthetics. You should walk into the interview with a 90-day playbook, not just a Canva portfolio.

What We’re Looking For:

An analytical creative; someone who not only knows what to post, but can justify why, when, and how each piece contributes to sales, positioning, or retention.

A modern growth hacker who:

  • Thinks like a marketer, works like a creator, and plans like a strategist.
  • Knows the algorithm logic, AI tools, influencer cycles, ad fatigue, storytelling formats, and performance benchmarks.
  • Understands that followers don’t pay bills; qualified reach, conversion, and brand trust do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and own the full social media strategy across platforms with business KPIs, not just likes.
  • Audit our current presence and present a 90-day + 6-month roadmap. What do we fix? What do we double down on? What outcomes can we expect?
  • Define voice, frequency, pillars, formats, and funnel-based content paths, customized per platform.
  • Run Meta Ads with A/B testing. Bonus: Experience in TikTok Ads, Amazon PPC Ads, Google Merchant Center.
  • Collaborate with our content, design, customer success, sales and paid media teams to craft campaigns that convert.
  • Use data tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, HypeAuditor, and Notion to track progress and optimize based on logic.
  • Stay two steps ahead of platform changes, SEO rules, hashtag shifts, audience behavior, and AI trends.
  • Grow brand authority, not just followers. We need meaningful traction that drives growth, revenue, and inbound leads.
  • Suggest and manage influencer/content creator partnerships to amplify trust.
  • Treat every platform as a growth channel; not a metrics board.
  • Can reverse-engineer what’s working and what’s noise.
  • Have a proven system or approach to strategy, execution, and results.
  • Don’t guess what to post; you understand data, storytelling, and algorithm timing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital strategy or social media business growth, preferably for e-commerce, SaaS brands.
  • Proven success in building social systems that generate revenue, leads, or brand impact.
  • Strong grip on Meta Ads Manager. LinkedIn; Big plus: Google Merchant Account, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4).
  • Creative + Strategic balance. Can write a caption and explain the psychology behind it.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written). Must be able to explain strategic plans to C-suite and clients.
  • AI-savvy: You already use tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, CapCut, Notion, etc., to automate and enhance your workflow.

Come prepared to share:

  • A 90-day strategic plan tailored to our current presence (we’ll share profiles upon screening).
  • Examples of content campaigns you’ve built or scaled — and the logic behind each.
  • Your take on what brands get wrong in 2024, and what’s coming in 2025.
