Kraftsmen Furniture Co is an online furniture company using channels such as Shopify, Amazon, Facebook and Instagram to sell furniture online and directly to consumers in North America. We are a fast growing company looking to expand our workforce.

As a Social Media Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media Strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will also be required to interact directly with customers inquiring about our products.

Responsibilities
  • Handle all our social media accounts including Facebook and Instagram
  • Post ads on social media platforms
  • Handle customer inquiries through email and online chat
  • Handle and improve our website content ranging from product descriptions to product photos
  • Help manage our Amazon and other e-commerce platforms
  • Manage monthly reporting and KPI's
  • This is a work from home position and can range in odd working hours.
