Job summary

Cosmetique is seeking a proactive Customer Support & Sales Representative to join our team. You will respond to inquiries via multiple channels, guide customers on skincare offerings, and convert interest into appointments and sales.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer support or sales, excellent English, and comfort with CRM systems. Healthcare or aesthetic clinic experience is a plus, with a focus on delivering outstanding service and achieving targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support or Sales.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and sales skills.
• Experience in skincare, healthcare, or aesthetic clinic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and email.
• Guide customers about our skincare, hair, and aesthetic treatments.
• Convert inquiries into appointments and sales.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details.
• Deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
