Job summary

K Bloom is seeking knowledgeable Beauty Advisors to promote and demonstrate skincare products at public events in Karachi. You will engage customers, understand their skin concerns, and guide them to suitable solutions while delivering friendly demonstrations.

Ideal candidates possess strong skincare knowledge, excellent English communication, and confident presentation skills to engage groups and individuals at busy event settings.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients and common skin conditions.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; able to explain products and routines clearly.
• Customer-focused with active listening and consultation skills.
• Confident, presentable, and comfortable speaking to groups and individuals at events.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors at events to understand their skin concerns and needs.
• Demonstrate and explain skincare products, benefits, and proper usage.
• Provide personalized recommendations and answer product-related questions clearly in English.
• Create an inviting, professional presence that reinforces brand image and encourages trials and purchases.
• Collect basic customer feedback and report insights to the event supervisor.
• Maintain product displays and samples in a neat, hygienic manner during events.
