Job description

Our group requires the services of a Site Supervisor for its various projects of laying Optical Fiber Cable all over Pakistan. The candidate should be intermediate with a minimum of 1 year of relevant civil work experience, preferably in laying OFC.

Job Specification

• Knowledge of civil works/construction materials and their specifications.
• Preparation of construction schedules and monitoring progress of all civil activities (mainly optical fiber laying).
• Control and monitor the inspection activities listed in the inspection and testing plan.
• Liaise with clients regarding civil work, having hands-on experience in civil works, especially related to the deployment of Optical Fiber Cable.
• Coordinate and report to the Project Manager to ensure everything is as per plan.
• Manage a labor force of 200+.
• Minimum Intermediate education.
• Understanding of drawings/maps.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team management skills.
