Job summary

DHA Multan is seeking a qualified Site Supervisor (MEP) to oversee HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, firefighting and fire alarm installations at project sites. The role requires ensuring proper installation, testing and commissioning in line with drawings, BOQs and quality standards.

The candidate should have a DAE in Mechanical and at least 10 years of experience in building MEP execution and site supervision, with strong knowledge across HVAC, plumbing, sanitary and fire protection systems.

Qualifications

• DAE (Mechanical) from a recognized technical institute.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in building MEP execution and site supervision.
• Strong practical knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, sanitary, firefighting and fire alarm systems.
• Hands-on experience reading MEP drawings, BOQs, specs, layouts and technical details.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor MEP works at project sites.
• Ensure execution according to approved drawings, specs, BOQ and quality standards.
• Supervise HVAC and mechanical works, including proper installation and execution.
• Inspect plumbing fixtures, sanitary works, piping and pipe routes.
• Monitor firefighting and fire alarm system installations.
• Inspect MEP fixtures, equipment and systems for proper execution.
• Verify layouts of mechanical piping, plumbing lines, sanitary fixtures and other MEP services.
• Monitor installation and functionality of lifts/escalators, HVAC, firefighting and plumbing systems.
• Inspect MEP materials and equipment for compliance with approved specifications and BOQ.
• Monitor testing and commissioning of complete MEP systems.
• Ensure compliance with MEP standards, quality requirements and site safety practices.
