Job summary

M.E.Consult (Pvt.) Ltd. in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a skilled MEP Draftsman (Mechanical) to join the team. The role focuses on preparing Mechanical MEP drawings for HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems and developing layouts and details for design and construction stages.

Ideal candidates will have a Diploma/DAE in Mechanical Engineering, strong AutoCAD skills, and familiarity with Revit MEP/BIM. Immediate joining preferred for priority applicants in Lahore.

Qualifications

• Diploma/DAE in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
• Relevant experience as an MEP Mechanical Draftsman.
• Strong command of AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings.
• Revit MEP/BIM experience will be an advantage.
• Experience in high-rise, residential and commercial projects will be preferred.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Mechanical MEP drawings for HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems
• Preparation of plans, sections, details, schematics and equipment layouts
• Preparation and modification of ducting, piping, drainage and water supply layouts
• Development of coordinated MEP drawings based on design requirements
• Coordination with Mechanical Engineers and other MEP disciplines
• Incorporation of design revisions and consultant/client comments into drawings
• Preparation of detailed drawings suitable for design and construction stages
• Maintain proper drawing standards, layers, annotations and documentation
