Job summary

GreenCorp Holdings in Islamabad is seeking a Site Engineer - Runway / Infrastructure Development for a full-time, on-site role based in Dalbandin. You will supervise runway and related infrastructure works, ensuring conformance with design, safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; certification is an advantage.
• Strong on-site supervision of runway/infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication with civil/structural engineers and contractors.
• Experience with drawings, specs, and codes.
• Ability to work in remote locations and maintain safety standards.
• Knowledge of QA/QC processes, testing, and documentation.

Role Description

The Site Engineer - Runway / Infrastructure Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Dalbandin. This position is responsible for supervising runway and related infrastructure construction activities, ensuring work is carried out according to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with civil and structural engineering teams, monitoring progress against project schedules, conducting site inspections, and maintaining detailed records and reports. The Site Engineer will manage contractor performance, resolve technical issues on site, and communicate project status to project managers and stakeholders. The role also involves implementing quality control procedures, supporting adherence to environmental and regulatory standards, and promoting safe work practices across the project site.

Qualifications

• Strong on-site project supervision skills, with experience managing runway or infrastructure development activities.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with civil engineers, structural engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in quality control processes, including inspection, testing, and documentation for construction works.
• Solid foundation in civil engineering and structural engineering principles relevant to airside and infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline; professional certification or registration is an advantage.
