Job description

MBA (Marketing) with 2 years of experience, or graduation with 5 years of experience.

The role involves managing all showroom operations related to sales, recovery, service, spare parts, finance, and automobile bookings.

REGULAR DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain showroom standards as per 5S principles daily.
  • Monitor daily activities of Sales Executives.
  • Assign and monitor daily sales and recovery targets for sales staff.
  • Check Hire Purchase files daily according to SOP and approve motorcycle deliveries after verification.
  • Ensure collection receipts from outside sales are submitted to the showroom accountant as per SOP.
  • Supervise showroom accountant activities to ensure timely deposit of collections.
  • Oversee service and parts departments and address customer complaints.
  • Handle registration of hire purchase motorcycles with the excise department and prepare relevant documents.
  • Report showroom activities to the regional office daily.
  • Coordinate automobile booking operations and handle related customer complaints in liaison with the regional office.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of automobile bookings to the regional office.
  • Maintain records of motorcycle sales, after-sales, accounts, and booking data; manage their disposal per SOP.

PERIODIC DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve targets for sales, service, parts, and recovery set by management within specified periods.
  • Assist the audit department during surprise audits and fulfill their requirements.
