Qualifications

• Hands-on familiarity with Shopify administration, product listings, collections, variants, pricing, and order tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication for online customer engagement and sales conversations.
• Ability to qualify leads, present product benefits, manage objections, and close sales professionally.
• Understanding of e-commerce workflows, customer journeys, payments, shipping, and after-sales support.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, chat platforms, email-based customer service, and basic sales reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with operations and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through online channels and guide prospects toward suitable products.
• Explain product features, pricing, availability, delivery information, and purchase procedures accurately.
• Follow up with leads, handle objections professionally, and convert qualified prospects into orders.
• Update and monitor Shopify product listings, pricing, inventory information, and order details.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve order, payment, delivery, and customer-service issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve storefront presentation and the overall online buying journey.
