Nestlé Sheikhupura Factory seeks an experienced leader to drive the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Pillar across the plant. You will work with factory leadership and committees to build SHE capability, strengthen governance and push toward zero accidents and zero waste.

You will deploy the pillar through training, coach members, monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with Nestlé standards and local requirements. This role demands strong collaboration and continuous improvement mindset.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent is an advantage.
• 5-7 years of SHE experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing external stakeholders and contractors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the SHE Pillar master plan and governance across the factory.
• Deploy the SHE Pillar through training and coaching to teams.
• Ensure training materials are available and consistently used.
• Align the SHE Pillar with committees and working groups.
• Coach pillar members on methodology and loss analysis.
• Monitor KPIs and communicate progress to leadership.
• Lead internal assessments and audits, closing gaps timely.
• Identify best practices and benchmark across lines and sites.
• Ensure compliance with SHE standards, laws and Nestlé requirements.
