Job summary

Nestlé S.A. Sheikhupura Factory is seeking an experienced Safety & Environment Manager to lead the SHE Pillar across the site and drive the factory’s zero-accident, zero-waste journey.

You will partner with leadership, committees and working groups to embed Nestlé Continuous Excellence and strengthen governance. You will establish the Pillar Master Plan, deploy training, align with safety committees and coach teams on loss analysis, root-cause investigation and improvement tools to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of SHE experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing SHE operations and driving continuous improvement.
• Experience engaging with regulatory authorities, contractors and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement the factory SHE Pillar Master Plan.
• Deploy the SHE Pillar across the factory with training and coaching.
• Ensure SHE training materials and tools are available and consistently applied.
• Align the SHE Pillar approach with the Factory Steering Committee and other groups.
• Coordinate SHE Pillar training plans and develop internal trainers.
• Coach SHE Pillar members on pillar methodology, loss analysis and root-cause analysis.
• Apply SHE Pillar governance routines and monitor progress to zero-loss goals.
• Lead internal assessments and audits with timely closure of gaps.
• Identify and share best practices across factory lines and markets.
