Job summary

Nestlé's Sheikhupura Factory is seeking a leader to drive the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Pillar across the site. You will collaborate with factory leadership, steering and local committees to build SHE capability and move toward zero accidents and zero waste.

You will establish and implement the Pillar Master Plan, deploy the approach with training and coaching, ensure materials are used consistently, and align with governance bodies and other pillar leaders.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of SHE experience in manufacturing.
• Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental engineering preferred.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement the factory SHE Pillar Master Plan.
• Deploy the SHE Pillar through training and coaching.
• Develop and ensure training materials are understood and used consistently.
• Align SHE Pillar with committees and pillar leaders.
• Coordinate SHE Pillar training plans and build internal trainers.
• Coach Pillar members on methodology and root-cause analysis.
• Monitor KPIs and governance routines; report progress.
• Lead internal assessments and pillar audits; close gaps.
• Share best practices and benchmark performance.
• Ensure compliance with SHE management systems and local requirements.
