Job summary

Nestlé Pakistan is seeking a Packaging Associate to support packaging projects at the Sheikhupura factory, aligning with Nestlé packaging policies and standards. You'll collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Procurement and suppliers to improve packaging performance, ensure safety, quality and compliance, and help optimize material usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Chemical Engineering, Food Science or related field.
• Interest in packaging development and manufacturing operations.
• Good understanding of packaging materials, lines, quality controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate projects with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with safety, quality and compliance.
• Clear communication with shop-floor teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with packaging databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support packaging projects and factory trials for new products and packaging changes.
• Provide packaging input for new product introductions and improvement projects.
• Plan, execute and document factory trials for materials and specs.
• Support packaging-related quality, safety and compliance.
• Maintain packaging material specifications in the GLOBE database.
• Analyze packaging-related consumer complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
