Prime System Solutions is seeking a skilled SharePoint Administrator to manage SharePoint Online across multiple client tenants within our MSP framework. You will oversee site creation, permissions, and governance while ensuring secure access and reliable operation.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience, PowerShell scripting, and a strong focus on security, compliance, and multi-tenant support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience administering SharePoint Online in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• Strong governance, security, and access control practices for multi-tenant setups.
• Hands-on problem solving with document libraries, metadata, and versioning.

Responsibilities

• Administer SharePoint Online environments across multiple client tenants.
• Create and manage sites, libraries, lists, pages, and site collections.
• Configure permissions, security groups, external sharing, and access controls.
• Support Teams and OneDrive integrations with SharePoint Online.
• Implement governance policies and retention requirements.
