Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SharePoint applications and solutions, including custom web parts, components, and utilities using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and CSOM.
- Collect, transform, validate, and map functional and non‑functional requirements for process automation initiatives.
- Automate business processes using Power Automate and build Power Apps Canvas applications to improve operational efficiency.
- Perform data analysis using Power BI to generate actionable business insights and dashboards for management.
- Maintain and support existing SharePoint applications and digital workflows, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to SLAs.
- Actively participate in design reviews, providing creative and practical solutions for process improvements and automation strategies.
- Collaborate with teams on continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate, promoting best practices and adoption across teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (BSCS/BSSE/BSIT).

Skills
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016, and related development tools.
- Proficient in PowerApps (Canvas apps), Power Automate workflows, Power BI, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of data analysis, digital workflow automation, and process optimization.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple development and automation initiatives simultaneously.
