We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

• ServiceNow Integration experience - REST & SOAP API integrations: real-time and scheduled data exchange. Integration Hub & Spokes for third-party system connections.


• Scheduled Jobs, Scripted REST APIs, and Outbound REST Message Configuration.


• Service Portal: Custom widgets, catalog forms, and dynamic UI components.


• Expertise in UI builder, Export sets, Java Scripting, Integration Hub, and Service portals.


• Experience with configuration activities like creating roles, profiles, email services, page layouts, workflow alerts, actions, and approval processes, workflow, and flow designer.


• Knowledge of domains like procurement, TPRM, GRC is preferred.


• Good stakeholder management skills and experience working with various clients across the globe.


• Experience with ITSM, ITOM - Event Management and Integrations, SWD, CMDB, JavaScript, Smart Cloud Control Desk (Maximo), IBM Tivoli Netcool, and TBSM.


• Creating and implementing business rules, UI actions, UI policies, and client scripts for various applications in ServiceNow.


• Developing strategies to identify issues and gaps in various modules of ITSM and ITOM.


• Experience in creating custom applications and modules in ServiceNow as per requirements.


• Developing KPIs and providing ITSM performance metrics reports using ServiceNow Performance Analytics. Expertise in designing and developing custom applications in ServiceNow and utilizing its PaaS potential.


• Staying up to date with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends.


• Experience with ServiceNow environment upgrades.
