We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

1. Implement ATFS and set up test scripts within ServiceNow. Candidates with domain knowledge of procurement are preferred.

2. Serve as a ServiceNow Technology Analyst with experience testing end-to-end Service Catalog, Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.

3. Gain knowledge of client requirements and prepare estimations of stories to develop ATF scripts.

4. Design and execute comprehensive test cases for the ITSM module within ServiceNow, ensuring thorough coverage and adherence to industry best practices.

5. Understand manual software testing, including creating test matrices, writing test cases, and executing them.

6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application integration and support. Assist in planning and executing application releases, and coordinate with development teams for deployment and rollback procedures.

7. Be well acquainted with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

8. Perform test activities such as test design, implementation, execution, and closure at various levels like Regression, System Integration, and UAT testing.

9. Log defects effectively, assign severity and priority, track, report, and retest using ServiceNow Defect Management tools to improve communication and reduce delays.

10. Stay updated with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends.

11. Possess expertise in ServiceNow environment upgrades.
