Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hybrid, grid-tied and off-grid inverters.


• Provide technical support and assistance to customers, contractors, and team members.


• Assist and support the service manager to achieve service goals.


• Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and troubleshooting guides for internal and external use.

Requirements

• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing hybrid/grid-tied inverters. (2 Years at least).


• Good knowledge of electrical systems and components, and familiarity with diagnostic tools.


• Diploma or technical certification in electrical/ electronics (preferred) and inverter certifications (a plus).
