Job Title: Service Engineer – HVAC / Air Conditioning

Job Summary

Service Engineer – HVAC / Air Conditioning will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems used in healthcare facilities, including modular operating rooms, ICUs, and other medical environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems, chillers, air handling units (AHUs), ducting, and related equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation for each site visit.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure service standards are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical (HVAC) or Civil Engineering (DAE-qualified candidates with relevant experience
• 2–3 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or building services (preferably in hospitals, industrial, or commercial projects).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, piping layouts, ducting, and site supervision.
• Ability to work independently, travel to project sites, and manage field operations.
