Responsibilities:
- Responsible for both software and hardware of building management systems (BMS), Fire Alarm System, ACS, CCTV.
- Knowledge of HVAC and system integrations including Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV Systems.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in IBMS service works.
- Familiar with Niagara system, PLC, DDC, and experienced in HVAC control programming & ELV systems.
- Practical experience in participating in and completing building automation engineering projects with Siemens products.
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule service works, including coordination among contractors and professionals.
- Lead and communicate technical information with customers.
- Design and generate BOQs for IBMS, conduct site surveys, and collect field data.
- Design IO summaries, prepare GA & wiring diagrams, system architecture.
- Develop control logic for DDC programming, design and edit graphics templates.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues during design, development, and implementation of BMS works.
- Execute service extensions, upgrades, migrations.
- Install and maintain IBMS systems and collateral products following manufacturer instructions.
- Follow processes and procedures accurately.
- Report activities and conduct on-site customer visits.
- Plan PPM activities as scheduled.
- Manage spare parts and materials efficiently, ensuring timely procurement and return processes.
- Resolve customer issues, escalate when necessary, and inform Service Manager of complaints.
- Ensure timely collection of payments.
