Websouls is looking to hire an experienced SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization efforts and drive organic growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SEO best practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective SEO strategies. As the SEO Manager, you will be responsible for managing all SEO activities, including content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy, to increase rankings on all major search networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  2. Stay updated with SEO trends and implement industry best practices.
  3. Keyword Research & Analysis:
  4. Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value keywords.
  5. Optimize content around target keywords to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
  6. On-Page & Off-Page Optimization:
  7. Ensure proper optimization of on-site elements such as meta tags, headers, URL structures, and internal linking.
  8. Build and maintain high-quality backlinks through off-site optimization to enhance domain authority.
  9. Work closely with content creators to develop SEO-optimized content that aligns with target audience needs and drives conversions.
  10. Ensure all content adheres to SEO guidelines and enhances user experience.
  11. Technical SEO Management:
  12. Collaborate with web development teams to ensure the website follows technical SEO best practices, including site speed optimization, mobile-friendliness, and structured data implementation.
  13. Performance Monitoring & Analytics:
  14. Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  15. Provide actionable insights by analyzing keyword rankings, traffic patterns, and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and resolve SEO issues.
  16. Competitor Analysis:
  17. Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify SEO opportunities, strengths, and weaknesses in comparison to competitors.
  18. Reporting & Communication:
  19. Prepare and present detailed reports on SEO performance, progress, and insights to stakeholders on a regular basis.
Job Specification
  1. 3-5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of managing successful SEO campaigns, preferably in a managerial role.
  2. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
  3. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to guide decision-making.
  4. Experience with on-page and off-page SEO, including content optimization and backlink strategies.
  5. Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  6. Familiarity with basic web technologies (HTML, CSS) and an understanding of website administration.
  7. Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  9. Preferred Qualifications:
  10. Experience with international SEO, optimizing for multiple languages and regions.
  11. Knowledge of PPC and other digital marketing strategies.
  12. Familiarity with web design and user experience (UX) principles.
