Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, agency experience preferred.
• Proven track record improving organic rankings and local search visibility.
• Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar).
• Deep understanding of local SEO and Google Business Profile best practices.
• Solid grasp of technical SEO fundamentals (site architecture, schema markup, Core Web Vitals).
• Strong analytical skills and comfort building client-facing reports.
• Excellent written communication for content and client-facing strategy documents.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical, and local) across multiple client accounts
• Own Google Business Profile management: optimization, posts, review strategy, and local ranking factors
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content and site strategy
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, structured data) and coordinate fixes with developers
• Build and execute local SEO strategies, including city/service landing pages
• Track, analyze, and report on rankings, organic traffic, and conversions using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, and rank trackers
• Stay current on search algorithm updates and adjust strategy proactively
• Present SEO performance and strategy recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
