Job summary

iSystems Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Wealth Management to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital initiatives. You will coordinate with Product Owners, developers, compliance, marketing, and senior management to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include vendor selection, RFP processes, detailed user story development, and ongoing stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in an agile environment within financial services, preferably wealth management.
• Experience with Crypto and FX trading platforms is required.
• Agile management certification is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of wealth management products, services, and regulations.
• Proficiency with agile tools such as Azure and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with squad members and stakeholders.
• Lead vendor RFP processes and executive summaries for finalization.
• Develop detailed user stories with timelines and dependencies; maintain the backlog.
• Coordinate with Product Owners and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and provide status updates to senior stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships; ensure compliance and SLAs.
• Track performance metrics and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
