Qualifications

• 8+ years in Wealth Management domain
• 4+ years in software development with Agile
• Proficient in Java/Spring/J2EE/.NET
• HTML/XML/JavaScript frontend experience
• SQL/Oracle database knowledge
• Middleware tech such as APIs, MQ, batch processes
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps
• Unit testing with JUnit

Responsabilités

• Deliver wealth management products with cross-functional teams (product/design)
• Apply Agile engineering practices to rapidly develop solutions
• Maintain technical documentation and review deliverables
• Ensure BAU systems are stable with maximum availability
• Coordinate incident management and RCA tracking
• Perform software maintenance of WM systems including middleware
• Apply security patches and monitor progress to closure
• Provide quick workarounds for critical incidents
• Collaborate with Tech Dubai and Tech Bangalore

Job Description:

Work in a cross-functional to deliver Wealth management products together with product and design

Use Agile engineering practices and various software and web development technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions that enhance the client customer experience

Ensure technical documentation and review of deliverables is completed by meeting the project milestones

Ensure daily BAU systems are stable; ensure maximum system availability

Support of BAU activities and involve any DR activities

Ensure security patches are applied in the system on a periodic basis and track the progress till closure

Follow best practice engineering processes, practices and Agile behavior

Effective communication and relationship with all stakeholders

Coordinate with Tech Dubai and Tech Bangalore.

Responsible for the development in WM area

Software configuration management and version control

Immediate attention to critical incidents; provide quick work around solution

Incident management - raise incidents and track till closure with RCA

Responsible for software maintenance of WM systems: Investment trading system and customer statement generationHands on development and configuration experience on FinIQ is an added advantage

Required Experience and Skills:

Minimum 8+ Years of experience in the relevant domain

At least 4 years of software development experience with experience working in Agile

Excellent programming skills in at least one web based programming languages such as Java Spring. J2EE, Spring boot, Spring batch, .NET

Experience/working knowledge of HTML, XML, frontend Javascript framework

Database working knowledge on SQL, Oracle

Working experience with Web-sphere, IIS

Real passion for development and a demonstrated appetite for continual learning

Knowledge of pair programming, continuous integration arid test-driven development

Working knowledge of DevOps

Experience with at least one unit testing framework, such as Junit

Working experience on middleware technologies such as APIs, working knowledge in MQ setup, EOD/SOD batch setup
