We seek a senior specialist to lead data analysis, feasibility studies, and conceptual designs for flood and drainage projects with international partners.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in water resource or related field (post-graduate preferred).
• Minimum of 15 years of experience on similar projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, management, and writing skills.
• Strong understanding of water resource management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in hydrological modeling, GIS, and data analysis software.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of relevant environmental laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• The specialist, with the international specialist, will conduct data analysis, subprojects identification, feasibility study, conceptual designing, and identification of relevant adaptation options.
• Develop reports and using modeling software for schemes planning.
• As deputy team leader, assist and act as team leader in the absence of the Team Leader.
